| The Augusta Village Subdivision located in
Bolingbrook, Illinois is
comprised of over 700 homes on the Northwest side of the Village.
With over 90 acres of open space, ponds and park area; an
on-site elementary school; ideally situated to I-55 and I-355;
shopping centers along Weber and Boughton Roads including
the Promenade located across from IKEA Bolingbrook; Augusta
Village offers homeowners a vibrant place to call home. Built
by Pulte Homes, the nation's largest homebuilder, the homes
in Augusta Village feature oversized homesites and full basements.
The Augusta Village Homeowners Association (HOA) was handed
over to
the homeowners in 2005 and is comprised of six elected members
of the
Board of Directors and all residents. With four meetings a
year and
an annual meeting, the Augusta Village HOA serves the community
by:
upholding the standards of the Augusta Village Declaration
of
Covenants Conditions and Restrictions; bringing the community
together with social activities and events; communicating
to the
residents about Board and Association activities through the
Augusta
Village HOA website and serving as a liaison to the Village
of Bolingbrook.
